The Oak Park Public Library shall have a Crisis Plan to provide library staff with strategies and tools to manage before, during, and after a crisis. The Board of Library Trustees authorizes the library’s Executive Director to develop and implement the Crisis Plan. The Plan shall be reviewed annually for relevance and accuracy by the library’s Executive Director and Leadership Team.
