Set in Nazi Germany and narrated by Death, this is the story of a 9 year old girl
and the books she reads to escape and learn.

All
tournaments are on Saturdays in the Veterans Room, Main
Library. Doors open at 10 a.m.

- Regionals Join us for a whole season of competitive
Mario Kart Wii, featuring 32 players in a simultaneous single elimination tournament.
Players entering grades 6 through 12 will compete monthly for a chance to win
$40, $30, and $20 gift certificates to GameStop, and the chance to compete in
the tournament finals for a chance at an iPod Touch, Nintendo DS Lite, and an
iPod Nano. Winners of the championship round will qualify to compete in a Chicagoland
wide tournament to determine the best racers in the region and nationwide. Pre-registration
is recommended for this program. Call Young Adult Services at 708-452-3456.
