Call to Order and Roll Call
The Governance Committee called the meeting to order at 6:01 pm.
Present: Virginia Bloom (Board President), Mika Yamamoto (Board Trustee, Governance Chair), Colin Bird-Martinez (Board Vice President), Megan Butman (Board Trustee, Governance Chair), Elsworth Carman (Executive Director), Billy Treece (Director of Finance & Human Resources)

Bylaws of the Board of Trustees Review
The Governance Committee continued discussion of revised bylaws. They completed a full first draft of the bylaws and discussed the goal of finalizing the draft for presentation to the full Board at the September meeting. Megan will complete the revisions discussed tonight and send the draft to Mika this week for final edits and review. Elsworth will send the final draft to the attorneys and the full board.
The next Governance Committee meeting will be on Tuesday, October 6 at 6 pm.
