Call to Order and Roll Call
The Governance Committee called the meeting to order at 6:01 pm.
Present: Colin Bird-Martinez (Board Vice President), Mika Yamamoto (Board Trustee, Governance Chair), Megan Butman (Board Trustee, Governance Chair), Elsworth Carman (Executive Director), Billy Treece (Director of Finance & Human Resources)

Bylaws of the Board of Trustees Review
The Governance Committee continued to work on the draft of the new bylaws. The conversation will continue at the September committee meeting with the goal of having a draft for the full Board by October.
The next Governance Committee meeting will be on Tuesday, September 1 at 6 pm.

The Governance Committee adjourned the meeting at 7:55 pm.
