Services at the Dole Branch
Library
Books, Movies, Music
The Oak Park Public Library offers fiction and nonfiction books,
books on tape, books on CD, videotapes, DVDs, and CDs. These
collections are shared by the Main Library, Dole Branch, and
Maze Branch to maximize selection for patrons.
Computers
Two computers offer access to the Internet and Microsoft Word,
Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. The Main and Maze
Branch Libraries also offer computers
for public use.
Events
The Dole Branch hosts a variety of adult programs featuring
local authors and artists, presentations on topics of special
interest, and occassional book discussions. Check the Calendar

Events for Children
Children's Services staff lead a series of storytimes
for children ages 1-5 each season of the year.
Library Cards
Library cards issued at the Dole Branch may be used at the Main
Library and the Dole and Maze Branch Libraries.
Magazines and Newspapers
The Dole Branch currently subscribes to more than 50 periodicals.
Past issues of 10 children's magazines and more than 40 adult
magazines may be checked out by patrons. Titles

Meeting Room
The Dole Branch provides a first floor meeting room for individuals
and groups as a public service. Reservation
and fee information. The Main and Maze Branch Libraries
also offer meeting rooms and
group study rooms.
Photocopier
One black and white photocopy machine is available for use at
the Dole Branch. Copies are $.10 each and the machines take
coins, bills, or copy card. The Main and Maze Branch Libraries
also offer copiers for public
use.
