Building Permit Approval
Moves Construction Ahead
On
August 2, 2002 the Village of Oak Park approved the full building permit.
By the end of August the first floor concrete slab had been poured and
work had begun on the first floor columns and shear walls. The dry summer
was good for construction and the Meyne Company
was slightly ahead of schedule. The second floor concrete slab was poured
and second floor columns and shear walls were completed in September.
The third floor concrete slab was nearly completed by the end of the month.
