Library Move Specialists
Contracted to Move Main Library
On October 16, 2001
the Library Board of Trustees voted to hire Hallett
Movers of Summitt Illinois to manage the relocation of the Main Library
to its temporary site at 215 Harlem Avenue in Forest Park. Hallett Movers
submitted the lowest of five bids and has extensive experience moving
libraries in many states.
The move was set to begin Monday, November 26, 2002 and expected to take 10 to 12 working days.
