June 2003 events in the Main Library Project
Copper Wall System Completed
Installation
of the exterior copper wall system on the east side of the building has
been completed. The Meyne Company began work on outdoor curbs and site
walls. Inside installation of the recycled rubber flooring continued as
did millwork and painting. Installation of the Terrazzo treads of the
main staircase was completed and installation of the glass
feature wall panels was started.
